Upgrade

Upgrade is a beauty booking platform with an AI assistant. Describe the service you need in a chat, and the assistant picks a specialist, clarifies the details and completes the booking, with no forms and no phone calls.

The platform connects clients with verified partner salons and specialists in Kyiv, Lviv, Poland, Germany and other cities, covering manicure, barbering, cosmetology, hair colouring, brows and lashes. Clients can also upload a selfie for an AI skin and hair diagnosis that returns personalised care recommendations and matching specialists, which is paid with bonus points.

Upgrade is aimed at people who want to book beauty services quickly and at salons and models looking for new clients. The site is available in Ukrainian and English.
